According to a report in the British Daily Mail on August 13, the British beauty product company "Inner Me" conducted a survey on "at what age are women happiest and at what age are they most stressed," with 2,000 women providing their answers. The results showed that women are happiest at age 25 and feel most stressed at age 34.
The women who participated in the survey were between 20 and 60 years old. According to the voting results, about two-thirds of the participants believed that they were happiest at the age of 25, and more than half of the women believed that they experienced the most stress at the age of 34, and this would continue until around the age of 40.
Analysis suggests that women don't have to worry about weight, appearance, or social life at age 25, but after age 34, pressure from all aspects begins to surface. Survey results show that among women over 34, one in five complains of increased stress after age 34, making them unhappy; and 88% of women over 34 feel they experience more stress than men.
Among the top ten pressures listed by women, according to the number of votes, lack of money ranked first, followed by health problems, and then pressure from family. Worries about children, strained social relationships, declining career, weight gain, fear of aging, lack of time to socialize with friends, and lack of time to exercise ranked fourth to tenth, respectively.
Nicky Cooper, founder of the British beauty products company "Inner Me," analyzed: "From the age of 34, most women not only start families but also have children. In addition to work, caring for young children, supporting the elderly, and doing housework are also things that women face every day, which can make women feel very stressed. In modern life, excessive stress on women has gradually become a significant social problem that urgently needs to be addressed."
