Perhaps he'd been immersed in too many films and television shows, and perhaps even too much of reality, like the story of a scheming woman he met by chance. Her enormous breasts jiggled, and she effortlessly stole the soul of the man who had been with his wife for years. Disregarding their years of relationship, they began a bitter feud, with the wife and mistress revealing irrefutable evidence against each other…
"Beautiful face, large breasts, wasp waist, and perky buttocks" are often used by some people to label women. Breasts, as a woman's secondary sexual characteristic, satisfy her husband before marriage and raise children after marriage, truly occupy an important position in a woman's confidence.
Thus, under the influence of this environment, the following was born:
A large number of women are trying to use their "two ounces of flesh on their chests" to secure love;
I'm a small-chested guy who desperately wants to be more feminine, like a "flat-chested teapot lid" and a "sitting up like a Wangzai steamed bun" (that's me).
Patients who need breast reconstruction to regain their confidence due to various reasons (such as after a mastectomy for breast cancer).
As a result, the breast augmentation movement flourished in the Chinese market, which was parched but finally receiving much-needed rain. Currently, there are two main surgical methods: autologous fat transfer breast augmentation and implant breast augmentation.
Want to learn more about autologous fat transfer breast augmentation?
For women hoping for a "great leap forward": autologous fat transfer breast augmentation is not very effective, at most increasing the size by one cup size. Moreover, if too much of the injected fat is absorbed or liquefied, a second surgery is needed to consolidate the results.
Author's voiceover: As a junior plastic surgeon, my first close encounter with a "slaughter scene" was thanks to a patient who opted for liposuction on her inner thighs for breast augmentation because she was too thin for her stomach. Her intermittent, heart-wrenching screams terrified the girl in our room who was getting double eyelid surgery... She said that even with anesthesia, it still hurt-itch-ouch-itch... You know how it is, the inner thighs... emmm... are quite sensitive...
From this perspective, another method—breast augmentation with implants—seems to be an excellent friend to women!
With just one surgery, you can have any size you want, with almost the same feel. Your life will transform from "baby breasts and big face" to "baby face and big breasts." Just thinking about it makes you smile in your sleep!
The FDA has poured cold water on this idea: be cautious when getting breast implants!
Isn't it wonderful to be able to get breast augmentation?
Crash!
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) poured cold water on this idea: there's definitely a price to pay for wanting to become beautiful!
In 2006, the FDA approved two manufacturers—Allergan and Mentor—to produce the silicone gel implants that are still in use today. At the time, the shrewd FDA assigned them to conduct a major 10-year study involving nearly 100,000 participants—the long-term safety, imaging monitoring, and potential systemic damage of silicone or saline implants for primary/re-implantation breast augmentation or breast reconstruction.
After all, think about it: using a bag filled with saline solution as a prosthesis is just too...unscrupulous!
Sure enough, later research by Alligator showed that two years after breast augmentation, saline implants were five times more likely to rupture than silicone implants!
Imagine, in the heat of the moment, my breasts ripped...ripped...ripped...Oh my god!! It's unbearable to look at!!!
Okay, let's get back to our research focus: to examine the relationship between these two types of breast implants and "rare damage to connective tissue diseases, neurological diseases, autoimmune diseases, cancer, self-harm, and reproductive diseases".
Ailigenge surveyed 41,342 patients who had undergone silicone breast augmentation and 15,646 who had undergone saline implant breast augmentation; Mentor surveyed 41,975 patients who had undergone silicone breast augmentation and 1,030 who had undergone saline implant breast augmentation. Among all the more than 100,000 participants, 72% had undergone breast augmentation for the first time, 15% had undergone breast augmentation again, 10% had undergone breast reconstruction for the first time, and 3% had undergone reconstruction again.
Ten years later, the results were revealed.
Ten years later, compared to those who haven't had breast augmentation—
Manto is very obedient; data from seven years of research shows that:
Among systemic injuries, saline breast implants are not mentioned, but the results of silicone breast implants are truly alarming.
The risk of developing Sjögren's syndrome increases 8.14 times. Symptoms include dry face, dry tongue, dry eyes, and dry glands. The risk of scleroderma increases 7 times. Symptoms include thickened, stiff skin, fatigue, and both external and internal symptoms. The risk of rheumatoid arthritis increases 5.96 times; late-stage rheumatoid arthritis can be very serious. The risk of melanoma increases 3.71 times. Diseases with a statistically significant risk of less than 2 times include: all types of cancer, neurological disorders, multiple sclerosis, and myositis.
However, silicone implantation is also associated with a reduced incidence of fibromyalgia and lung cancer.
Special case: A case of "anaplastic large cell tumor" that developed after breast augmentation - a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (the disease of the female protagonist in "Go Away Mr. Tumor").
In terms of reproduction: Among the patients who underwent breast augmentation, 3,133 became pregnant and gave birth to 1,710 babies. This revealed that the stillbirth rate was 4.5 times higher than that of those who did not undergo breast augmentation. Although the incidence of premature birth and neonatal intensive care was less than twice that of normal people, it was statistically significant.
Silicone breast augmentation is also associated with the incidence of congenital malformations.
Local complications: The risk of silicone implant rupture and capsular contracture is highest in the third year, at 1% and 11.8%, respectively. Capsular contracture means that the fibrous tissue around the implant wrinkles and shrinks together, leading to breast deformation.
Alligator was lazy and only conducted the survey for two years. The data shows that:
Systemic damage: The incidence of scleroderma, Sjögren's syndrome, dermatomyositis, and polymyositis is more than twice that of normal people;
Compared to saline implant breast augmentation, silicone implant breast augmentation seems to be accompanied by more rheumatic symptoms;
Special cases: None
Regarding reproduction: I was lazy, nothing...
Local complications: Two years after breast augmentation, the rupture rate of saline implants is 5 times that of silicone implants! And the capsular contracture caused by silicone implants is 1.8 times that of saline implants;
However, both manufacturers reported that the suicide rate among patients who had undergone breast augmentation was no different from that of normal people, but their satisfaction with their breasts and their psychological well-being remained high for four consecutive years.
Meanwhile, the most common reason for adjusting implants is a change in desired breast size. Furthermore, in the seventh year, the main reasons for repeat surgery among patients who underwent initial breast augmentation are capsular contracture and a desire to adjust size; for patients who underwent initial revision surgery, the main reasons for repeat surgery are breast asymmetry and capsular contracture.
Look at that, people who have a second surgery for aesthetic reasons without any illness really don't know what it's like to have a second surgery. Patients who have lost a breast will only have a second surgery due to pathological changes.
This seems to reflect the fact that we only learn to cherish health when we lose it or are about to lose it! But why can't so many cautionary tales warn us?!
After compiling these results, even as a plastic surgeon, I am more than willing to "cut off my own source of income" to remind all women who love beauty:
Before impulsively getting breast augmentation, please read this article carefully and calm down!!
A kind heart, an optimistic personality, an interesting soul, and a strong physique are far more valuable than a couple of ounces of flesh on one's chest!
A lecherous man who is obsessed with beauty will always be obsessed with beauty; for example, he might only ever like female college students…
So if a male leaves you or dislikes you because you're "flat," then just kick him out. Don't torture yourself. What goes around comes around!
