How can you overcome loneliness if you're single?

1. Face loneliness

It's important to understand that loneliness is a normal part of life. Whether at birth, in death, or during moments of misunderstanding, loneliness is always present. It's not frightening in itself; what's frightening is the feeling of abandonment that loneliness brings. To avoid being controlled by this negative emotion, don't dwell on it too much.

2. Being alone is not "shameful".

Seeing friends all in couples or even families of three, while you're still single? Many people become depressed because of this. Step out of your comfort zone, rebuild healthy interactions with friends and family, participate in more social activities, and happiness may just be arriving a little later than you think!

3. Don't look for a "backup plan" just because you're lonely.

Most women are naturally drawn to the tender comfort of love, making it difficult for them to accept being single. If you blindly enter into relationships simply to avoid loneliness filling your life, this irresponsible approach, both to yourself and others, will ultimately not make you feel better.
