This kind of sexual activity can cure women's illnesses.

Many married women have experienced this: diseases they didn't have in their youth have appeared after marriage, and some are recurring and difficult to cure. Why is this? This is because marriage can both treat and cause some women's diseases.

What women's diseases can be caused by male factors? The following diseases are often related to men: dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, premenstrual syndrome, breast diseases, neurasthenia, certain allergic diseases, vaginal infections, sexually transmitted diseases, pelvic inflammatory disease, depression, skin diseases, infertility, etc.

Many gynecological diseases are caused by endocrine disorders, and the balance of the endocrine system is related to the function of organs such as the brain, hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and ovaries. After marriage, due to a happy mood, comfortable life, and marital bliss, the relationship between the cerebral cortex and hypothalamus becomes more coordinated; in addition, the stimulation of sexual activity makes the secretion of estrogen more in line with physiological needs, thus making the autonomic nervous system, which controls internal organs, more balanced. This can lead to the gradual improvement or even spontaneous remission of certain pre-marital diseases. Conversely, if sexual life is disharmonious, women cannot achieve sexual satisfaction, or sexual practices are unclean, it can lead to a series of diseases in women.

Sexual activity has four functions: reproduction, pleasure, health, and enhancing relationships. If problems arise in sexual activity, related issues may occur, such as male impotence or premature ejaculation, and female insufficiency, which can lead to dysmenorrhea, irregular menstruation, premenstrual syndrome, breast diseases, neurasthenia, and other problems.

There are many causes of dysmenorrhea. Apart from a few cases caused by organic diseases of the uterus, the vast majority are due to psychological factors or uterine contraction dysfunction, such as uterine smooth muscle spasm, complete expulsion of the endometrium, or abnormal cervical contractions. The normality of menstruation is related to the function of endocrine organs such as the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and ovaries.

Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms include significant breast tenderness, general weakness, anxiety, depression, irritability, nervousness, and excessive sweating. In severe cases, edema or mental abnormalities may occur. This condition is related to endocrine disorders and psychological factors. After sexual intercourse, couples experience pleasure and behavioral satisfaction. It relieves sexual physiological repression, provides psychological comfort, and offers a boost of energy. Human emotions are related to sexual activity. When negative emotions such as anger and depression persist, they can have negative physiological effects, ultimately weakening the immune system. Sexual activity, however, has a "detoxifying" effect on negative emotions, promoting positive emotions such as pleasure, relaxation, and excitement. During sexual intercourse, the central nervous system releases a natural analgesic—endorphin.

All of these factors contribute to a relaxed and beneficial state of the entire physiological system, promoting the regeneration of bodily functions. Studies have found that excessive stress can damage the immune system, making people more susceptible to colds, high blood pressure, and ulcers. Sexual activity can relieve stress and allow the body to completely relax, although this effect only lasts for a few hours. Regular sexual activity can provide a stable sense of relaxation and help eliminate insomnia. The more fulfilling the sexual experience, the easier it is to fall asleep afterwards. Furthermore, the scents emitted by men and women are a silent language, a potential remedy, that can harmonize the physical and mental health of both partners. Research shows that when men sweat, they release the scent of androstenedone, a scent that young women are particularly sensitive to and enjoy, especially during ovulation. The distinctive scent of their husbands can be very pleasant, improving their appetite and sleep.

Medical research has proven that sexual activity can alleviate certain diseases. For example, the excitement during intercourse causes the body to secrete more hormones such as adrenaline, which have anti-allergic effects and can improve eczema symptoms. Appropriate sexual activity can also improve or control allergic asthma and eczema. This is not only due to the relief of psychological stress but also related to the increased secretion of prostaglandins, which can lower blood pressure. Interestingly, improved libido is often a sign of improvement in some diseases (such as diabetes and chronic hepatitis), and a suitable sex life is also beneficial for the recovery of many chronic diseases.

In the early 1980s, scientists discovered that semen contains an antibacterial component comparable to penicillin, named "seminal cerebroside." Once inside bacterial cells, it can inhibit the synthesis of bacterial ribonucleic acid (RNA), thus suppressing and killing bacteria. Experiments have shown that seminal cerebroside can kill Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and Pneumococcus, among others. Therefore, semen can help disinfect the female vagina and prevent invasion by pathogenic microorganisms. If couples have long intervals between sexual intercourse, or abstain from sexual activity for many years, these women have an increased chance of developing vaginitis.
